Did you know that as you wait expectantly upon The Lord in prayer and in the Word, you can actually change and rejuvenate your physical bodies?
Take a look at Sarah ~ she believed the promise of God that she would have a baby at 90 years old, and she did!
If you’ll believe God for renewed strength and vitality, He’ll give it to you!
Psalm 103:5 says,
- “He satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle’s [strong, overcoming, soaring]!
So, fill your mouth with the promises of God and say, “Praise God, my youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” And when your work is done here on the earth, you’ll fly out of here in a blaze of glory like the conqueror God created you to be!
