Good morning dear ones!

In Matthew chapter 9, I want to point out 5 more amazing healings of Jesus with a final declaration that will, ONCE AND FOR ALL settle the question in your mind, “Is it always God’s will to heal?”

To begin, in verses 2-6 of Matthew chapter 9, we read of the PARALYZED MAN whose SINS had been pardoned. You may say, “What does his SINS have anything to do with his HEALING?” “EVERYTHING!!!” This man’s sins being pardoned WAS the healing! Sin is what caused the sickness! Sin is always the problem! Sin makes us sick! Sin came in when Adam and Eve separated themselves from God and as a result, the whole planet was corrupted! The Good News is, “BEHOLD! The Lamb of God who takes AWAY the sin of the world!” (John 1:29) This is why Jesus says in verses 5-9 of Matthew 9, “For which is easier to say, ‘Your SINS are forgiven you’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk’? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to FORGIVE SINS” – He said to the paralytic, “Arise, take up your bed and go to your house.” And he arose and departed to his house.

Secondly, Jairus’ daughter was RAISED FROM THE DEAD! In verses 18-19, 23-26 we read of this amazing miracle. When Jairus said to Jesus, “Come place Your hand of her and she WILL live,” we see his faith! Jairus asked Jesus! See, the Lord Jesus never says, “No!” when it comes to His Father’s will – Just go to the Father in Jesus Name and ASK!

Thirdly, THE WOMAN WITH THE HEMMORHAGE FOR 12 YEARS (this one’s for you, Ladies) approaches Jesus, touches the tassel of His cloak and said in herself (this is her faith), in her heart, “If only I can touch His cloak, I will be SAVED.” That’s the word used here. It’s the word, “SOZO” in greek. It means, “saved, healed, delivered, protected, preserved, made whole, kept safe and sound.”

Forth, 2 BLIND MEN WERE HEALED in verses 27-30. All Jesus said to them was, “Do you believe I am able to do this?” And they said, “Yes, Master.” Then He touched their eyes saying, “Because of your faith, let it be done to you.” And their eyes were opened.

Following this, A DEMONIZED DEAF-MUTE MAN was brought to Jesus (verses 32-33). Verse 33 says, “And AFTER THE DEMON WAS CAST OUT OF HIM, the deaf-mute man spoke! Are you seeing the correlation here? A demon caused deafness and dumbness!

Lastly, verse 35 says that that “Jesus went about ALL the cities and villages, teaching in their synogogues, heralding the Good Message of the Kingdom, and healing EVERY SICKNESS and EVERY DISEASE among the people.”

Guess what EVERY means in greek? It means, ALL, EVERY, EACH, IN EVERY WAY, BY ALL MEANS.

Well, I guess that settles that!!! Huh? It is ALWAYS the Father’s will to heal! Remember, the thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have absolute life (zoe)!

“Father, we praise You for absolute life through Jesus Christ. Thank You for delivering us form the curse on this earth because Jesus bore our sicknesses and carried our diseases and by His stripes, we have been healed and made whole. We are eternally grateful, in Jesus Name, Amen.”
