Good morning beloved!
John 4:23-24 says,
- But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.
This is TRUE WORSHIP! Family, we are the body of Christ and our worship is a heart worship; a longing to come into the presence of God. God sees our hearts and will give us understanding. The Lord delights in you coming to Him. He wants you us to come to a place of undisturbed rest and peace. This can only be found in TRUE WORSHIP with the Lord. Matthew 11:28-30 says,
- 28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]
- 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.
- 30 For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good—not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.
Isn’t that just glorious? Being in the presence of God in TRUE WORSHIP is like taking a vacation! Psalm 16:11 says,
- In Your presence is fullness of joy; and at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Where else do you want to go? I don’t know of any place on earth like being in God’s presence, do you?
God is looking for people He can reveal Himself in. See, the Spirit of God can change our nature. God is our Creator ~ His Word is full of creative power and if you will believe that today, that creative power will change your life! This will come by your faith in His power to transform you!
He will spread His covering over you and then you’ll find yourself saying, “I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me and all things are possible to him who believes.”
Our natural life is so difficult to manage, but when we come into the presence of God through His Word and in TRUE WORSHIP, we will find rest for our souls.
The world has no rest in it; it’s full of troubles, but in Jesus, there’s a peace that passes all understanding and an inward flow of divine power that will change your whole nature until you can say, “In Him I live and move and have my being.”
When you live totally engulfed in the presence of the Lord, the world won’t recognize you because it didn’t recognize Jesus.
I want to remind you that you are in a good place with the Lord when you cry before God, repenting over the least thing. If you have spoken unkindly, you will realize it was not like the Lord. See, when we are close to God, our hearts are revealed. God intends us to live in purity, seeing Him all the time. How can we do this? 1 John 3:2-3 says,
- Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.
Family, this is the hope of the church! He has suffered for us, has been buried for us, has risen for us and is jealous for us!
When we enter into TRUE WORSHIP, our lives will be changed into the image of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We will become imitators of God as dear children.
1 John 1:7 says,
- If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowhsip with one another (us and the Father), and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
When you do this, the Lord will transmit His life right through you! What a joyful way to live.
Worshipping the Father,
