Hello beloved!

Everywhere Jesus went, multitudes followed Him because He lived, moved, breathed, and was clothed and filled with THE SPIRIT OF HOLINESS. Romans 1:4 (CEB) says,

  • He was publicly identified as God’s Son with power through His resurrection from the dead, which was based on THE SPIRIT OF HOLINESS. This Son is Jesus Christ our Lord.

It is so lovely to be HOLY. Jesus came to impart to usTHE SPIRIT OF HOLINESS. This Spirit is upon us to change the world. Jesus had divine authority with power and He left it for us!

Hebrews 1:9 gives us a hint of what we should love and not love. It says,

  • You have loved righteousness and hated iniquity; therefore, O God, Your God has anointed You, pouring out the oil of joy on You more than on anyone else…

Jesus was not onlyHOLY, He lovedHOLINESS and righteousness. Let’s desire to be HOLY. In 1 Peter 1:16 it says,

  • For the Scriptures say, “You must be HOLY because I am HOLY.”

We’re to be imitators of God as dead children (Ephesians 5:1).

I believe that if we will live in THE SPIRIT OF HOLINESS, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit will come down. We’ll begin to see greater signs, wonders, and miracles. All we have to do is yield to THE SPIRIT OF HOLINESS.

In order to live a life of HOLINESS, we must align our thinking with God’s Word so that His power and favor can flow through us. HOLINESS must be a way of life for us as believers.

HOLINESS is being of one mind with God. So, the more time we spend renewing our minds with the Word, the more we develop HOLINESS. True HOLINESS involves choosing God and everything that is HOLY and acceptable in His sight.

In order to live HOLY, we must place certain boundaries around our lives, for example, we should cautiously choose our friends. We tend to imitate the people we spend the most time with. The Scripture declares in 1 Corinthians 15:33,

  • Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals.”

People who do not have the same belief in God that we do can cause us to doubt Him. 1 Corinthians 6:14 says,

  • Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness?

It only takes a little doubt to cause us to be defeated as Christians. We as believers should not respect the world’s standards more than we respect God’s standards. It says in Acts 5:29,

  • Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings!”

Jesus makes this very clear from Matthew 7:13-14. He instructed us this way,

  • Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

It’s not wise to choose a path just because everyone else is choosing it. We must choose the best path for our lives, which is HOLINESS. Hebrews 12:14 says,

  • Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be HOLY; without HOLINESS no one will see the Lord.

Remember this: Proverbs 14:12 says that there is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. At times, we’re offered opportunities that seem right based on the opinions of other people in the world, but certain opportunities or paths in life can separate us from God and His provisions. We must acknowledge God in all we do.

Proverbs 13:13 (Amp) says,

  • Whoever despises the Word of God brings destruction upon himself; but he who reverently fears and respects the commandment of God shall be rewarded.

So, when we honor God’s Word, He honors us. This is what 1 Samuel 2:30 tells us.

HOLINESS is a way of life, family, but it does not come without effort; we must decide to live HOLY. In order to live HOLY, we must separate ourselves from thinking that opposes Gods Word (ReadHebrews 12:1-4).

We’re told in Amos 3:3,

  • Can two walk together unless they are agreed?

Let’s renew our minds to the Word of God and we will find ourselves desiring to walk in HOLINESS.

Praising God for THE SPIRIT OF HOLINESS,
