Good morning believers!
Many Christians are feeling the pressure of financial challenges. Mounting financial lack on top of other problems can be overwhelming. Despite what we may be experiencing, we must continue to BELIEVE GOD’S WORD. We cannot adopt a worldly mindset, placing the world’s way of doing things above God and His Word. He has the power of deliver us! No matter how impossible that task, we must simply BELEIVE GOD’S WORD!
If we do not BELIEVE GOD’S WORD, we will not enter into the kingdom of God (see Matthew 21:28-32). To BELIEVE means to be fully persuaded. Romans 4:17-21 says,
- (As it is written, “I have made you a father or many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed – God, Who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb. He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
We must be fully persuaded that we have what God has promised us, even when we do not see it. Our speaking should reflect what we believe we have received according to the Word of God. Mark 11:24 says,
- Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
I love what 2 Corinthians 4:13 says,
- It is written, “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak…
We must call those things that do not exist as though they already exist. This is what Romans 4:17 says. So, when we come to God, we must BELIEVE that He is, and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him (see Hebrews 11:6).
Jesus’ words carried so much power, that when He spoke, he saw immediate results! And guess what? Jesus gave this empowerment to us! Now, we also have the ability to speak and see instant results. Isn’t that amazing?
Jesus taught us that when we speak in faith, having no doubt in our hearts, we can move mountains. We can have what we say. In Mark 11:23, Jesus declares,
- For verily I say unto you, “That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
So when you pray, BELIEVE that you have received what you have asked for and you will have it.
