Good morning faith-filled one!
Mark 11:22-24 says,
• Jesus said to them, “HAVE FAITH IN GOD. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
In the days we are living in, we need to have our FAITH developed and strengthened ~ We need to know God! God said that His just ones will live by FAITH. It is so important that we come to understand this: God’s Word is sufficient. Deuteronomy 8:3 says,
• Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
This is the food of FAITH. Romans 10:17 says,
• FAITH comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
One word from God will change your whole life in an instant. His Word is from everlasting to everlasting; it is full of power. It is through this everlasting Word, this incorruptible seed, that we are born again, and come into this wonderful salvation.
God’s ways are past finding out and His grace and power are limitless. I do not even like to say anymore, “The sky’s the limit”, because with God, there are no limits. Ephesians 3:20 from the Message Bible says,
• God can do anything, you know – far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!
I love seeing people who will believe God! The Scripture says, “What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them and you shall have them.” If you put your affections and your desires towards knowing God, you will have desires from God and He will give you the desires of your heart when you reach out to Him in FAITH. Psalm 37:4 says,
• Delight yourself in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.
In Mark 11:23, I want to call your attention to the phrase, “and does not doubt in his heart.” Our heart, our core, is where we believe. That is where our FAITH stems from. It is like when a man and a woman fall in love. They begin to develop a deep affection towards one another ~ that is what our hearts should be like toward the LORD. FAITH and LOVE go together. The Scripture declares that FAITH works by LOVE. God will bring us to a place of perfect LOVE and perfect FAITH. When we are born of God, we should have a loyalty to the LORD JESUS that makes us shrink from anything impure.
So, when we have this heart fellowship with the LORD, our FAITH cannot be daunted. We cannot doubt in our hearts. As we read His Word and believe His promises, we become partakers of His very essence and life. His Word transforms and changes us, expelling all that is natural, and brings us to a supernatural divine life.
God’s love for you is incomprehensible! He is willing to give you ALL THINGS that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). It was His love for us that brought JESUS to us! It is this same love that helps you and I to believe!
Remember this: In every weakness, God will be your strength! He loves you with an unconditional love ~ It is called his “HACEED” love. It is a covenant love that can never be broken!
Jesus is the One Who heals the broken-hearted; Who lets the captives go free; Who saves the very worst sinner.
God’s Word brings Liberty. The Scriputure declares that whom the Son has set free is free indeed. Go into your day today rejoicing over these words from Romans 8:38-39,
• For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalaties, nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
