Good morning dear one!
If we want to operate efficiently in the kingdom of God, we must learn to live by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). Romans 10:17 declares that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. When we live by faith, we live according to the Word of God.
In order to succeed in the kingdom of God, we must do the following:
- We must give the kingdom (God’s ways of doing things) priority in our lives.
- We must go directly to the Word of God first whenever we face an issue or a problem.
- We must plant the Word of God in our hearts by speaking it.
- We must receive the engrafted Word by taking ownership of what the Word promises.
Hebrews 11:1 tells us that FAITH is the assurance, (the confirmation, the title deed) of things [we] hope for; being the proof of things [we] do not see. In other words, FAITH is the evidence of the things we can’t see in this physical realm.
Romans 3:27 declares that FAITH is the law of the kingdom. A law is an established principle that will work for anyone who will get involved with it. Romans 8:1 says this,
- There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Walking in the flesh means to think in opposition to the Word of God. The law of sin and death produces bondage in our lives (see Romans 8:2). The law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has the power to deliver us; therefore, it’s a greater law.
As Christians, we have been declared righteous (in right standing withy God), according to Romans 1:17. There are 4 places in the Bible that tells us that the just (or the righteous) shall live by faith: Habakkuk 2:4, Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11 and Hebrews 10:38. If at any time we doubt the Word, we should consider our lives (whether we are actually living according to the Word of God).
Family, the Word of God will work for anyone who believes it will work.
Walking by faith and not by sight,
