Good morning family!
I want to encourage you today that our foundation is the most powerful and IMMOVABLE FOUNDATION ~ it is the very Word of God.
The Word of God is life itself. Jesus is the Word of God made flesh and He became flesh for the very purpose of dwelling among people ~ The Creator was in the midst of His creation. He opened blind eyes, unstopped deaf ears, made the lame to walk, and the blind to see.
Family, it’s imperative that we continue in the Word of God so that we can go from glory to glory. God wants us either hot or cold. He desires us to be hot today, hotter tomorrow, and still hotter the next day! This is the person who will touch the glory!
When we were born again, we were born of a substance ~ the Word of God! 1 Peter 1:23 says,
- Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which liveth and abides he the forever.
I want to exhort you to continue to build yourselves up on your most holy faith. Jude 1:20 says,
- But you, beloved, are building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit…
Don’t ever stop running your race! Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 9:24,
- Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.
He also says in Phlippians 3:12,
- Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected, but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.
He cries out, “I press toward the mark!” Let’s not just keep pace. We must press on!
Right now, there is a power within you that is greater than any natural force. God says twice in 1 Timothy 6:12 and again in verse 19, “lay hold on eternal life.” It’s something we can’t see, and yet we have to lay hold out if!
Family, it’s so imperative that we pass more things than we have ever passed before. God doesn’t want us to be natural people. He wants us to be people who can cut through anything. Remember, Christ is in you, the hope of glory! Nobody can go on with God and stand still.
I exhort you to love the Word of God! The more you’re in it, the more you’ll want it. It’s your spiritual food! John 1:1-3 says,
- In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. Jesus was the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
My dear brothers and sisters, you can have from God all you can believe Him for!
Standing immovable (1 Corinthians 15:58),
