Good morning soldiers in the army of the Lord!
When we are FIGHTING SPIRITUAL BATTLES, we should pay close attention to what we’ve learned from the Scriptures. Hebrews 2:1 (AMPC) says,
- Since all this is true, we ought to pay much closer attention than ever to the truths that we have heard, lest in any way we drift past [them] and slip away.
Family, we are FIGHTING IN A SPIRITUAL WAR and we need the weapons God supplies. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 says,
- For thought we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ…
These weapons will pull down strongholds in our minds that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. I encourage you to study the Word and think about it constantly, applying its teachings to your lives. This will always lead to success and prosperity in your lives. Joshua 1:8 (NLT) says,
- Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you proper and succeed in all you do.
When we delight in meditating on the Word of God, the Scripture says that we become like a tree planted by the water. We are told this in both Psalm 1 and Jeremiah 17:7-8.
Remember this: The Scripture declares in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon will succeed against you and anyone speaking against you in judgment will be proven wrong. You have peace and victory as your heritage.
Words are so powerful! Negative words used against us should be captured and condemned. Proverbs 18:21 (GWT) says,
- The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love to talk will have to eat their own words.
I encourage you to pray in tongues every day ~ This type of prayer allows you to talk to God about secret truths unknown to our minds, and it allows Him to make blessings in our lives come to pass.
More than a conqueror,
