Hello empowered ones!

 

Did you know that when God asks you to do something, His Word has already qualified you to do it?  When you agree to His assignment, you are EMPOWERED BY GOD to do it!

See, God is looking for believers who have obedience and faith, not necessarily skill.  I want to encourage you to be willing to learn and be willing to try.

God has chosen to bless you. All you have to do is choose to believe and receive His blessings. Deuteronomy 30:19-20 (NLT) says,

  • Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses.  Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make.  Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!  You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying Him, and committing yourself firmly to Him.  This is the key to your life.  And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long...

When God asks us to do something for Him, it is for our benefit!  Deuteronomy 6:24 (NLT) says,

  • And the Lord our God commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear Him so He can continue to bless us and preserve our lives, as He has done to this day.

GOD HAS EMPOWERED US to subdue kingdoms and take dominion over all the  power of the enemy.  Hebrews 11:33 says that through FAITH, we can subdue kingdoms.   Luke 10:19 (AMPC) says,

  • Behold!  I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.

When we agree to do what God asks us to do for Him, He will take care of making everything work out for us.  I encourage you to give yourself totally to God and His Word.  Be strong and bold to accomplish God's calling in your lives.  Whatever you do may seem simple, but it may change the course of a family, a city, or a nation.  Let us be aggressive and on the offensive to win this world to Jesus Christ.
