Hello loves!
Let us take a moment and look at Isaiah 55:7 ~ it says,
Remember when Jesus said, "You cannot serve God and mammon?" He immediately said after that, "Take no THOUGHT."
We cannot win the victory over our problems as long as the problem is the biggest thing in our lives!
That is why Isaiah 55 tells us to FORSAKE OUR THOUGHTS and take GOD'S THOUGHTS!
"So, what are we to do with our thoughts", you may be asking. 2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us. It says,
We are not to allow ourselves to just think anything we feel like thinking. We have to bring our bodies under subjection; to train and discipline them; to bring them under control. "Under control to what?" The Word of God, of course. If we do not know what it says, how can we bring our thoughts under subjection to it?
That is why we are instructed in Romans 12:2 to:
So, as we switch from wrong (wicked) thinking to right thinking (thinking on God's thoughts), we will be set free from the difficulty. Do not forget that we are told in 1 Corinthians 10:13,
We do this by submitting ourselves to God (God's Word) and by casting all of our cares on Him, because He cares for us. THINK on GOD'S WORD, noton the WORLD'S WORDS.
You will find yourself free and victorious over every circumstance and situation you face in life.
