- Psalm 141:3 says, “Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips.”
You may be asking, “Lisa, do you really believe that you need to watch over the words of your lips? Most believers don’t. They’ll profess they’re trusting God for their health, but then you’ll hear them say, “I think I’m getting the flu!”
Did you know that according to the Word of God, our words have a tremendous impact on our lives?
Confessing Jesus Christ as The Lord of your life changed your eternal destiny. Speaking faith-filled words is sometimes hard to do, so it’s something we have to watch all the time! Speaking words of faith is like paddling upstream. You can do it, but it takes a great deal of work.
I encourage you to speak faith filled words and you will continue to walk in the perfect will of God for your life! Glory to God for His powerful Word!
