Good morning, bold one!
Acts 1:8 says:
- 8 But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) after the Holy Spirit has come upon you…
We read in the book of Acts that after the believers received the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, they were made as bold as lions.
What made them like this? PURITY. Purity is bold! The purer a person is, the BOLDER he is!
1 John 3:21 says,
- 21 Dear friends, if we don’t feel guilty, we can come to God with BOLD confidence.
God wants to bring you into a divine purity of heart and life.
The Scripture declares in Proverbs 28:1 that the righteous (that’s you) are as bold as lions!
See yourself the way the Father sees you: A mighty warrior, a mighty hero, a valiant warrior!
“Father I pray that my readers would come fearlessly and confidently and BOLDLY draw near to the throne of grace that they may receive mercy and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when they need it], in a Jesus Name, Amen.”
