Hello learners of Jesus!
In the book of Mark, chapter 8, I want to show you how JESUS IS OUR MIRACLE-WORKER.
We can see that massive crowds always followed Jesus wherever He went. They were out in a desert place and had nothing to eat. Jesus asked His disciples how many loaves of bread they had? They replied, “Seven”. They also had a few little fish.
Jesus did an amazing thing! He had the people (approximately 12,000) sit down. Jesus took the 7 loaves and the few little fish, gave thanks, blessed them, broke them and gave the pieces to His disciples and they served the people!
After they ate and were completely full (uh, from 7 loaves of bread and a few small fish), they picked up 7 large baskets (large enough to fit a man in) full of bread and fish!
David says this of our Lord and Master, (Psalm 23:5)
- My cup runneth over.
Our God is an extravagant God! Everything He does, He does super-abundantly!
We are told in Hebrews 13:8 that:
- Jesus Christ is the SAME, yesterday, today and forever!
He also says in Malachi 3:6,
- I Am the LORD, I change not.
I want to encourage you today that whatever your need is, ASK because it’s the Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.
