Good morning glorious ones!

2 Chronicles 6:13-14 says,

  • Indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying: “For He is good, For His mercy endures forever,” that the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, 14 so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.

Imagine if our worship services looked like this today?  Well, I believe they will!

Do you remember when God said in Exodus 13:21,

  • “And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night”?

This pillar of cloud was the glory of the Lord.

Do you remember when Moses entered the tabernacle and the pillar of cloud descended and stood at the door of the tabernacle and the Lord talked with Moses?

Psalm 24:8 says,

  • Who is this King of glory?  The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

JESUS is the King of glory and if He is your King, then His glory resides in you too!

In John 17:22, Jesus said,

  • 22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one…

That’s a powerful statement because the glory of God isn’t a vague religious statement or just a feeling that gives us goosebumps.  God’s glory is the most powerful substance that exists, and that glorious power is abiding in every born-again believer.  That’s the power that’s abiding in YOU!

Walk in it; demonstrate it to the world around you and know that you are truly HIS BODY on this earth!

Blessings to you, glorious ones!

Love your sister in the glorious One,

Lisa Gordon
