Good morning dearly loved by God!

Matthew 8:1-3 says,

  • When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him.  And behold a leper came and worshipped Him saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can made me clean.”  Then, Jesus put out His hand and touched him saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.”  Immediately the leprosy was cleansed.

When I read these words, my heart is so moved.  This shows us the will and nature of our Father through our Lord Jesus Christ.
This poor man was full of leprosy from head to toe.  I’m sure he had no friends interested in him anymore.  He may have had a wife and a family, but they couldn’t be there to help him.  The law forbade anyone to speak to him or touch him.  I’m presuming that some how, some way, someone must have come out and lifted up his voice, and told him that a great prophet had arisen in Israel Who could heal him of his leprosy.  When He heard that Jesus could heal him, he went to Him and said “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”  And Jesus was MOVED WITH COMPASSION, reached out His hand and touched him.  The moment Jesus touched him, the leprosy was gone.  He went home and told his wife and family what had happened.

His presence is so remarkable that if we will call upon Him, just like the leper did, we will be changed in our bodies, too.

The Scripture declares in Luke 1:37,

  • NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD.

Jesus meets the most difficult problems – He is our only hope.  Do you believe this?

If we will come to Him, we will be healed in every way – spirit, soul, and body.

When our faith lays hold of the promises of God, all of our impossibilities must yield – our sins will be forgiven; sickness and disease will go, and circumstances will change.

Jesus is FULL OF COMPASSION.  He delights to bless us.  All we have to do is come to Him.

The Scripture declares in James 4:8,

  • Come close to God and He will come close to you.

When we come to Him, our lives will be exceedingly blessed in every way!

Walking in His compassion,
